BTY TONE is a full-body workout that fuses the signature BTY CLB intensity with tones of pilates-inspired movements. A sculpting workout that targets every muscle group. Join our most advanced concept BTY LIFT, a lower body-focused workout using a barbell and plates. While the focus is on legs and glutes, lifting the barbell on your upper back also activates your upper body. The class is built around 4 powerful sequences: squats, deadlifts, lunges, and glute bridges. Prepare to lift and strengthen your body! 

Level: advanced (experience with a barbell is advised)
